Hillcrest Childrens Home is looking for adults/couples who have a heart for ministry to children and youth (ages 5-18) who are also interested in full-time employment at Hillcrest. Below you'll find the current job openings. From time-to-time positions open on campus in the following areas: houseparents, social workers, dining hall director/cooks, maintenance, construction, AGfSA barn ministry, grounds workers, office staff, and other fulfilling ministry opportunities.

Hillcrest Houseparents and Relief Houseparents: Mature, compassionate adults (seeking pastoral and ministry backgrounds) only need apply for this wonderful opportunity to invest in the lives of children and youth. Serve as houseparents to abused/neglected children and youth on a beautiful 65-acre campus. Relief houseparents may work in any or all of our six homes, serving as houseparents while the regular houseparents are off duty.  Other benefits besides salary (over $47,000 per couple) include: housing, health insurance, life insurance policy, vision, dental, long term disability, and a 401 retirement plan. Highlands Nurse (RN or LPN) Full time position open.

Highlands Resident Dorm Managers: Part time or Full time ministry positions available. Must be willing to relocate to Hot Springs, Arkansas. This ministerial position requires an individual who has a heart for restoration ministry, with an emphasis on pregnancy care and bulimic/depression recovery. Highlands Dorm Mentors:  Highlands has immediate volunteer or intern openings as dorm mentors.
This volunteer position requires a missions-minded individual who has a heart and the experience to make a difference in young women's lives. Mentors/Interns have free housing/meals on campus and work with staff caseworkers in carrying out day-to-day ministry on campus. (4/10)
