Hillcrest Childrens Home is looking for adults who have a heart for ministry to children and are interested in full-time employment at Hillcrest. Below you'll find the current job openings. From time-to-time positions open on campus in the following areas: houseparents, social workers, cooks, maintenance workers, office staff, and other fulfilling ministry opportunities.

Hillcrest Houseparents/Relief Houseparents: Mature, compassionate adults only need apply for this wonderful opportunity to minister to children. Serve as houseparent/relief houseparent to 5-10 children/youth in a cottage setting.   This is a ministry to homeless and abused/neglected children. Relief houseparents may work in any or all of our six cottages, serving as houseparents while the regular houseparents are off duty.  Other benefits besides salary ($23,660 per individual) include: housing, health insurance, life insurance policy, vision, dental, long term disability, and retirement. Highlands Maternity Home & Bulimic Recovery Ministry: If you have a heart for ministry and a desire to make a difference in the lives of women, newborns and adoptive couples, consider a position with a voice for life.

Highlands Ministries Adoption/Pregnancy Care Director: Highlands has an immediate opening for a Social Services Director overseeing residential pregnancy care & bulimic recovery. This person should possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or beyond and have experience in counseling pregnant teens and leadership. This individual will work directly with the AGFSA Administrator. This person has attained a working knowledge of adoption and the Assemblies of God.  This is a supervisory position over caseworkers and house managers.
